1How many guests can Jennings Trace accommodate?
Jennings Trace Moon Vine Pavilion and Wildrose Chapel can each accommodate up to 350 guests.
2Does Jennings Trace offer a payment plan for the rental of the facilities?
Yes! Payment plans are flexible and can be explained in detail during your tour. There are no hidden fees or surprises.
3Is there parking available on site?
There is ample parking available to accommodate all of your guests and vendors.
4How long will we be able to use the facilities at Jennings Trace?
Jennings Trace hosts only one event per day from 8 a.m. - 12 midnight, so the entire space is yours for the day. You are responsible for taking personal items and decor when you leave. All items provided by vendors, personal items, and guests must be removed from the premises by midnight or one hour after the end of your event, whichever comes first.
5What hotel accommodations are available near the venue?
Jennings Trace has several hotels nearby and we have some of them listed here.
6Are tables and chairs included in the price of the rental?
Yes! Jennings Trace provides tables and chairs (including set up) to accommodate guests, buffet tables, cake, etc. We do not, however, provide linens, dishware, decor, etc.
7How much does it cost to rent Jennings Trace for my event?
The prices range from $4,500-$16,357+ depending on whether you choose the venue rental or one of our semi-inclusive packages. Please ask if you have any questions about what else may be covered under the rental fee. Please read FAQs, as additional information is also addressed.
8Do you offer any kind of inclusive package if we want to leave the big details to someone else?
Yes! We have an amazing inclusive package to offer the couple who wants it all. The package is based on guest count and we'd love to tell you about it during your tour with us. Tour Jennings Trace
9Will I need event insurance?
Yes. Cancellation Insurance is very affordable and covers you with most all of your vendors. Please ask Jennings Trace for referrals.
10Is there a Groom's Quarters on-site?
Yes! It is located in the foyer area of the Moon Vine Pavilion reception hall.
11May we use real candles at Jennings Trace?
Yes, but candles must be in holders designed to catch wax, such as votives or hurricanes; no exposed flames are allowed.
12Can we schedule a photo session for engagement pictures or bridal portraits at Jennings Trace?
Please contact us to schedule your two-hour session.
13What will Jennings Trace staff be responsible for prior to, during, and after our event?
  • A Jennings Trace venue manager will be present during your event to oversee the venue. This person is not a wedding coordinator and will not be responsible for the timeline or execution of activities. Your caterer is responsible for busing tables during the event, bagging and taking out the trash and must have two attendants on-hand for the duration of the event for busing tables.
  • The venue manager will be there three hours prior to your event, to ready the venue and staff, and will be on-call prior to that time.
  • Our staff will keep restrooms clean and stocked, break down all tables and chairs, sweep and mop, as well as handle trash removal.
  • *If you book an inclusive package with us, you will have a Day Of Coordinator that will handle all of the details of your big day. This is explained in detail in your package information which you will receive upon booking a Jennings Trace inclusive package.
14Can I bring my family, friends, and vendors out to see Jennings Trace?
