Jennings Trace Moon Vine Pavilion and Wildrose Chapel can accommodate up to 350 guests.

Yes! Payment plans are flexible and can be explained in detail during your tour or upon request. There are no hidden fees or surprises.

There is ample parking available to accommodate all of your guests and vendors.

Jennings Trace hosts only one event per day from 8 a.m. – 12 midnight, so the entire space is yours for the day. You are responsible for taking personal items and décor when you leave. All items provided by vendors, personal items, and guests must be removed from the premises by midnight or one hour after the end of your event, whichever comes first.

Jennings Trace has several hotels nearby and we have some of them listed here.

Yes! Jennings Trace provides tables and chairs (including set up) to accommodate guests, buffet tables, cake, etc. We do not, however, provide linens, dishware, décor, etc. These items are provided by our Preferred Vendors or your vendor.

Prices vary depending on the day of the week. The prices range from $4500-$10,500. This is for rental for the day, tables, chairs, access to each of the climate controlled facilities, the opportunity to take engagement and bridal portraits at no charge, and more! Please ask if you have any questions about what else may be covered under the rental fee. Please read FAQs, as additional information is also addressed.

Yes! While we specialize in letting you design your dream day, we do offer 2 semi-inclusive packages based on guest count. For more information, please email info@jenningstrace.com or use the contact us form on the website.

Yes. This insurance is very affordable and covers you with ALL of your vendors. Please ask Jennings Trace for referrals.

Yes! It is located in the foyer area of the Moon Vine Pavilion reception hall.

Yes, but candles must be in holders designed to catch wax, such as votives or hurricanes; no exposed flames are allowed. Tapered candles are not allowed.

If you are a Jennings Trace bride, you are welcome to take pictures at no additional charge. Please contact us to schedule your two-hour session. If you are not a Jennings Trace bride, please contact us for information regarding photo sessions.

  • A Jennings Trace venue manager will be present during your event to oversee the venue. This person is not a wedding coordinator and will not be responsible for timeline or execution of activities. There will be attendants for general trash and restroom upkeep. Your caterer is responsible for busing tables during the event and bagging trash.
  • The venue manager will be there three hours prior to your event, to ready the venue and staff, and will be on-call prior to that time.
  • Our staff will keep restrooms clean and stocked, break down all tables and chairs, sweep and mop, as well as handle trash removal.
  • *If you book an inclusive package with us, you will have a Day Of Coordinator that will handle all of the details of your big day. This is explained in detail in your package information you will receive upon booking a Jennings Trace inclusive package.

Absolutely! But please make an appointment. Appointments are always required when visiting Jennings Trace. This is true for touring the grounds, taking photographs, and for site visits. Please call 713-703-7123 to make an appointment or email corbin@jenningstrace.com.

Other Important Things to Note

Catering
A licensed, permitted and insured caterer is required when serving food. All caterers not listed on our Preferred Vendor list must be approved and submit proof of license and insurance at least 30 days prior to the event.

Alcohol
If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages at your event, all alcoholic beverages must be provided and poured exclusively by Jennings Trace. Absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages allowed. Please see TABC regulations for more information.

Catering
